Cheerful Sensibility adalah album studio pertama dari boy band asal Korea Selatan, F.T. Island, yang dirilis pada tanggal 5 Juni 2007. Album ini terdiri dari 13 lagi yang terbagi atas dua bagian: "Emotional Chapter" terdiri dari balada rock, sedangkan "F.T. Island Chapter" terdiri dari lagu-lagu pop-rock yang ditulis oleh komposer Jepang.[1] Album ini terjual lebih dari 79,000 kopi dan menjadi album keenam terbanyak yang terjual pada tahun tersebut di Korea Selatan.[2][3]
