Chen Xilian (dibaca [tʂʰə̌n ɕíljǎn]; 4 Januari 1915 – 10 Juni 1999) adalah seorang perwira militer dan politikus, serta jenderal Tentara Pembebasan Rakyat Tiongkok. Sebagai seorang Maois, ia memegang berbagai jabatan paling berpengaruh dalam bidang militer dan politik.[1]
