Chingmy Yau Suk-zing (lahir 16 Mei 1968) adalah seorang pensiunan aktris Hong Kong. Dia memasuki industri film Hong Kong setelah berkompetisi dalam Kontes Kecantikan Miss Hong Kong tahun 1987.
Dia merupakan salah satu aktris terkemuka pada akhir tahun 1980-an dan awal 1990-an, di samping Maggie Cheung, Brigitte Lin, dan Cheung Man. Dia berperan dalam serangkaian film kategori III, meskipun dia tidak pernah tampil telanjang dalam film-filmnya. Yang paling menonjol dari film kategori tersebut adalah Naked Killer (1992).[1][2] Semasa puncak kesuksesannya, dia secara teratur membintangi bersama superstar seperti Jet Li, Andy Lau, Stephen Chow, Ekin Cheng, Chow Yun Fat dan Jackie Chan.
