Chizhou (Hanzi: 池州; Pinyin: Chízhōu) adalah sebuah prefektur dengan jumlah penduduk 1.474.500 jiwa (tahun 2018)[1] yang terletak di selatan Anhui, Tiongkok. Berbatasan dengan Anqing di barat laut, Tongling dan kota Wuhu di timur laut, Xuancheng di timur, Huangshan di tenggara, serta Provinsi Jiangxi di barat daya.
Gunung Jiuhua (Jǐuhuáshān), salah satu dari empat gunung suci Buddhisme di Tiongkok, terletak di County Qingyang yang dikelola oleh Chizhou.
