Cho Seung-jae adalah seorang atlet wushu taolu asal Korea Selatan. Ia meraih medali sebanyak sembilan kali pada Kejuaraan Wushu Dunia yang meliputi juara dunia sebanyak satu kali.[1][2] Ia juga memenangkan medali perak pada Pesta Olahraga Asia 2018 dan meraih kemenangan dalam Kejuaraan Wushu Asia dan Pesta Olahraga Asia Timur.[3][4]
