Choi Bae-young (Korea: 최배영; lahir January 22, 1990) adalah aktris asal Korea Selatan.
Ia memulai debutnya melalui teater dan beberapa film independen,[1] dan mulai mendapatkan perhatian pada tahun 2015 dengan perannya dalam Great Stories: Kim Sisters.[2] Pada April 2016 ia menjadi duta dari Friends of Hope.[3]
