Christian Tomuschat
Christian Tomuschat (lahir 23 Juli 1936 di Stettin, Jerman (kini Szczecin, Polandia)) adalah seorang ahli hukum Jerman. Ia merupakan seorang profesor emeritus dalam bidang hukum internasional umum dan hukum Eropa di Universitas Humboldt di Berlin serta mantan anggota Komite Hak Asasi Manusia PBB dan Komisi Hukum Internasional.
Pada tahun 2013, ia juga pernah terpilih sebagai kepala Pengadilan Konsiliasi dan Arbitrase untuk Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) dengan masa jabatan selama enam tahun.[1]
