Clarence Joseph Morley (9 Februari 1869 – 15 November 1948) adalah Gubernur Colorado ke-24 dari 1925 sampai 1927. Ia adalah anggota Partai Republik. Sebelum menjadi gubernur, ia merupakan hakim di Denver, Colorado. Ia merupakan anggota Ku Klux Klan.[1]
