Comarca Tengah (dalam bahasa Katala: Comarques centrals) merupakan salah satu dari delapan area fungsional teritorial yang ditentukan oleh rencana wilayah umum Catalunya. Wilayah ini terdiri dari enam comarca[1] dengan total permukaan 5.450,37 km2 dan memiliki populasi sejumlah 424.743 orang penduduk pada tahun 2009.
