Cooper Car Company merupakan sebuah konstruktor Formula Satu asal Inggris. Tim ini didirikan pada tahun 1946 oleh Charles Cooper dan putranya John Cooper. Bersama dengan teman masa kecil John, Eric Brandon, mereka mulai dengan membangun mobil balap di garasi kecil Charles di Surbiton, Surrey, Inggris pada tahun 1946. Melalui tahun 1950 dan awal 1960, mereka mencapai level tertinggi balap mobil sebagai mereka bermesin belakang, satu kursi mobil mengubah wajah Formula Satu dan Indianapolis 500, dan mereka mendominasi balap Mini Cooper Rally.
