County Spokane adalah sebuah county yang terletak di negara bagian Washington, Amerika Serikat. Pada sensus 2020, populasinya berjumlah 539.339, menjadikannya county berpenduduk terbanyak keempat di Washington.[1] Kota terbesar sekaligus pusat county-nya berada di Spokane,[2] kota terbesar kedua di negara bagian setelah Seattle. Nama county ini diambil dari suku Spokane.
County Spokane merupakan bagian dari wilayah statistik metropolitan Spokane-Lembah Spokane, yang juga merupakan bagian dari wilayah statistik kombinasi Spokane-Coeur d'Alene yang lebih besar yang mencakup County Kootenai, Idaho yang berada di dekatnya.
