Cretolamna[2] adalah sebuah genus hiu makerel punah yang masuk keluarga Otodontidae. Hiu tersebut tunggal dari tahap Aptia dari Zaman Kapur sampai tahap Ypresia dari awal zaman Eosen (115 sampai 48 juta tahun lalu).[1][3] Genus tersebut dianggap merupakan leluhur dari banyak genera hiu terkenal, seperti hiu Mako, hiu putih besar, Carcharocles angustidens, dan Carcharocles megalodon.
