César Antonovich Cui (bahasa Rusia: Цезарь Антонович Кюи, tr. Tsézar Antónovich Kyuí[a]; IPA: [ˈt͡sjezərʲ ɐnˈtonəvʲɪt͡ɕ kʲʊˈi] ( simak); bahasa Prancis: Cesarius Benjaminus Cui; 18 Januari [K.J.: 6 Januari] 1835 – 13 Maret 1918)[2] adalah seorang komponis dan kritikus musik asal Rusia. Sebagai perwira Angkatan Darat Kekaisaran Rusia, ia meraih pangkat Insinyur-Jenderal (setara Jenderal penuh), mengajarkan perbentengan dalam akademi-akademi militer Rusia dan menulis sejumlah monografi tentang subyek tersebut.
