DVD Shrink adalah sebuah perangkat lunak freeware untuk Microsoft Windows yang mempermudah back up film DVD. Kebanyakan DVD yang beredar saat ini adalah dual layer (8,5 GB), sementara kebanyakan DVD kosong yang dijual adalah single layer (4,7 GB), sehingga sebagian dari fungsi DVD Shrink adalah untuk re-encode film dengan kualitas lebih rendah atau menghilangkan kandungan yang tidak diinginkan, misalnya bonus material atau soundtracks bahasa asing.
Versi sekarang
Pencipta DVD Shrink, yang dikenal dengan nama "dvdshrink", telah mengumumkan bahwa ia tidak akan mengembangkan perangkat lunak ini lebih lanjut. Versi terakhir adalah 3.2.0.15 diterbitkan pada 25 Juli 2004.
