Daimler Chrysler

DaimlerChrysler AG adalah sebuah bekas produsen mobil dan truk terkenal yang bermarkas di Stuttgart, Jerman dan Auburn Hills, Michigan, dibentuk pada 1998 dengan pembelian Chrysler Corporation (AS) oleh Daimler-Benz (Jerman). Perusahaan gabungan ini berakhir pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2007 ketika DaimlerChrysler menjual Grup Chrysler ke Cerberus Capital Management. Sejak saat itu, Cerberus menguasai 80,1% saham perusahaan baru, Chrysler Holding LLC. DaimlerChrysler mengubah namanya menjadi Daimler AG dan tetap memegang sisa 19,9% saham Chrysler.[1]
