Danau Barat (Hanzi: 西湖; Pinyin: Xī Hú; Wu: Si-wu) adalah sebuah danau air tawar di Hangzhou, ibu kota Provinsi Zhejiang di Tiongkok timur. Danau ini terbagi menjadi lima bagian oleh tiga lintasan. Terdapat banyak kuil, pagoda, taman, dan pulau-pulau buatan di sekitar danau.
Danau Barat telah memengaruhi penyair dan pelukis sepanjang sejarah Tiongkok karena keindahan alam dan peninggalan bersejarah, dan juga telah menjadi salah satu sumber inspirasi paling penting bagi desainer taman Tiongkok.[1]
