Danica Sue Patrick (lahir 25 Maret 1982) merupakan seorang pembalap mobil profesional asal Amerika Serikat. Ia merupakan pembalap wanita tersukses dalam balapan mobil roda terbuka Amerika. Ia menjadi pembalap wanita pertama yang mampu memenangi balapan IndyCar dan berhasil tiga kali naik podium di balapan Indianapolis 500.
Di luar ajang balapan, Patrick merupakan seorang model, pemeran dan pakar periklanan. Untuk musim 2012, Patrick akan turun di ajang NASCAR bersama tim Stewart-Haas Racing.
Patrick menikah dengan Paul Edward Hospenthal pada tahun 2005. Ia juga merupakan penggemar mobil mewah dengan koleksi mobil Mercedes-Benz dan Lamborghini Gallardo.
