David Hunter Miller

David Hunter Miller (1875–1961) adalah seorang pengacara AS dan pakar traktat yang ikut serta dalam perancangan kovenan Liga Bangsa-Bangsa. Ia mempraktikkan hukum di New York City dari 1911 sampai 1929, bertugas pada the Inquiry, sebuah badan para pakar yang mengumpulkan data untuk Konferensi Perdamaian Paris (1917–1919), dan menjadi penasehat komisi Amerika untuk konferensi tersebut.

Sebagai pejabat U.S. Department of State (1929–1944), Miller mengepakai delegasi AS untuk Konferensi Den Haag tahun 1930 untuk kodifikasi hukum internasional. Karya-karya terbitannya meliputi My Diary at the Conference of Paris, with Documents (21 vol., 1924–26) dan Treaties and Other International Acts of the United States of America (8 vol., 1931–1948).
