Dekstranase (Templat:EnzExplorer, dekstran hidrolase, endodekstranase, dekstranase DL 2, DL 2, endo-dekstranase, α-D-glukan-6-glukanohidrolase, 1,6-α-D-glukan 6-glukanohidrolase) adalah enzim dengan nama sistematis 6-α-D-glukan 6-glukanohidrolase.[1][2][3][4] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
