Delmo Alberghini
Delmo F. Alberghini (11 Desember 1922 - 10 Januari 2013)[1] adalah anggota Northeastern University atletik Hall of Fame. Alberghini dilantik pada tahun 1975 atas prestasinya di bidang atletik.
Alberghini adalah salah satu orang tercepat di seluruh New England selama sebagian besar tahun 1940-an dan memegang rekor di hampir semua acara rintangan perguruan tinggi dan amatir termasuk mencetak rekor dunia untuk rintangan rendah 70 yard pada tahun 1943. Alberghini juga menempati posisi kedua dalam IC4A Rintangan 60 yard selama musim indoor. Ia lolos ke Olimpiade London 1944 untuk lari gawang; tetapi, pertandingan dibatalkan karena Perang Dunia II.
