Departemen Colón merupakan sebuah departemen yang terletak di bagian timur Honduras.[1] Pendirian Departemen Colón pada tahun 1881. Luas wilayah Departemen Colón adalah 8.875 km2. Pada tahun 1991, jumlah penduduk di Departemen Colón sebanyak 164.000 jiwa. Ibu kota Departemen Colón terletak di Trujillo, tetapi kota utamanya adalah Tocoa. Departemen Colón terbagi menjadi 10 munisipalitas.
