Tuas Depot (Tionghoa: 大士车厂) adalah sebuah depo kereta yang dibuka pada 2016 yang terletak di antara Tuas West Road dan Tuas West Drive di Singapura. Depo tersebut dibangun oleh Jurong Primewide Pte Ltd dan menghabiskan biaya sejumlah S$237.1 juta.[1] Depo tersebut menyediakan layanan umum untuk East West Line dari jaringan MRT Singapura, dan secara langsung berhubungan dengan stasiun MRT Tuas Link.
