Desmond Harrington (lahir 19 Oktober 1976) adalah seorang aktor Amerika Serikat. Dia telah muncul di The Hole (2001), Ghost Ship (2002), dan Wrong Turn (2003), Desmond bergabung dengan pemeran Dexter seri Showtime di musim ketiganya, sebagai Det. Joseph "Joey" Quinn, dan juga dikenal karena memerankan Jack Bass, paman dari Chuck Bass di Gossip Girl.
