Detukeli adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. Kecamatan ini berjarak sekitar 60 kilometer dari ibu kota kabupaten Ende ke arah utara melalui Kecamatan Detusoko. Pusat pemerintahannya berada di Desa Watunggere. Wilayahnya berada di perbukitan hingga pegunungan.
