Dewing Woodward

Martha Dewing Woodward (1856–1950) adalah seorang seniman dan guru seni Amerika. Menurut berita kematiannya di "New York Times", dia adalah "salah satu pelukis terkemuka bangsa." Di antara prestasinya, ia mendirikan sekolah seni pertama di Provincetown, Massachusetts pada tahun 1896.[1] Pada tahun 1907, Woodward dan rekannya, Louise Johnson, mendirikan Blue Dome Fellowship di Woodstock, New York, yang dilanjutkan Woodward di Florida setelah dia pindah ke sana. Seni dan ajaran Woodward berkembang pesat di Florida, tempat karyanya memiliki dampak yang bertahan lama.
