Dievturība

Dievturība adalah gerakan neopagan yang mengklaim sebagai kebangkitan agama lama etnis Latvia sebelum Kristenisasi di abad ke-13. Penganutnya menyebut diri mereka Dievturi (tunggal: Dievturis), secara harfiah berarti "pelindung Dievs", "orang yang hidup harmonis bersama Dievs". Gerakan ini didasarkan pada cerita rakyat, lagu-lagu daerah (dainas), dan mitologi Latvia.

Gerakan Dievturi didirikan pada tahun 1925 oleh Ernests Brastiņš dan Kārlis Marovskis-Bregžis. Gerakan ini ditindas oleh pemerintah Soviet pada tahun 1940, tetapi tetap dipraktikkan oleh para emigran di luar negeri, dan akhirnya didaftarkan ulang di Latvia pada tahun 1990. Pada tahun 2018, sekitar 600 hingga 800 orang secara resmi menjadi anggota aktif gerakan Dievturiba.
