Dimetil-sulfida monooksigenase (EC 1.14.13.131, dimethylsulfide monooxygenase) adalah enzim dengan nama sistematis dimetil sulfida,NADH:oksigen oksidoreduktase.[1] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
- dimetil sulfida + O2 + NADH + H+ metanatiol + formaldehida + NAD+ + H2O
Dimetil-sulfida monooksigenase memiliki aktivitas yang lebih rendah terhadap dietil sulfida dan alkil metil sulfida rantai pendek lainnya.[2][3]
