Diodotus II Theos (Yunani: Διόδοτος Θεός; wafat s. 225 SM) adalah putra dari Diodotus I, yang memimpin Baktria menuju kemerdekaan dari kekaisaran Seleukia, mendirikan Kerajaan Yunani-Baktria. Diodotus II mungkin memerintah bersama dengan ayahnya sebagai wali raja, sebelum menggantikannya sebagai raja tunggal pada sekitar tahun 235 SM.
