Distrik Gwangjin (Gwangjin-gu) adalah satu dari 25 distrik (gu) di Seoul, Korea Selatan. Distrik ini terletak di tepi utara Sungai Han, ke ujung timur Seoul. Distrik ini merupakan pemekaran dari Distrik Seongdong pada tahun 1995.
Distrik Gwangjin adalah rumah bagi Universitas Konkuk, Universitas Sejong, dan Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing Daewon.
