Jiaocheng (Hanzi: 蕉城区; Pinyin: Jiāochéng; Romanisasi Foochow: Ciĕu-siàng) adalah sebuah distrik di Ningde, Provinsi Fujian, Tiongkok. Disebut juga Ningde Shiqu (宁德市区 - Kawasan Perkotaan Ningde), berbagai kantor pemerintahan berada di distrik ini mulai dari eksekutif, legislatif, yudikatif tingkat kota madya, hingga Partai Komunis Tiongkok dan Biro Keamanan Publik.
Jiaocheng mengelola 2 subdistrik, 1 Zona Pengembangan Ekonomi dan Teknologi, 10 kota praja, 3 daerah administrasi kota praja dan 1 daerah administrasi kota praja etnis She.[1]
