Dodovic Owiny (lahir 8 Mei 1954) adalah seorang petinju asal Uganda. Ia berkompetisi dalam lomba kelas berat putra di Olimpiade Musim Panas 1984.[1] Pada pertaringan pertama, ia mengalahkan Michael Kenny dari Selandia Baru, sebelum dikalahkan oleh Willie deWit dari Kanada pada putaran berikutnya.[1]
