Domenico Toschi (11 Juni 1535 – 26 Maret 1620) adalah seorang prajurit, yuris dan Kardinal Gereja Katolik asal Italia. Ia lahir di Castellarano, Reggio Emilia dari sebuah keluarga miskin. Pada mulanya ia menjadi tentara, tetapi setelah beberapa waktu ia menjadi pengacara hukum kanonik.[1]
