"Don't Stop Me Now" adalah sebuah lagu oleh rok band asal Inggris, Queen. Lagu ini juga menjadi lagu unggulan dalam album tahun 1978 Jazz dan dirilis sebagai singel pada 26 Januari 1979. Ditulis oleh penyanyi utamanya, Freddie Mercury, lagu ini direkam pada Agustus 1978 di Supear Bear Studios di Berre-les-Alpes (Alpes-Maritimes), Prancis, dan adalah trek ke dua belas dalam album.[5]
Lagu ini juga muncul pada album kompilasi Greatest Hits band ini pada tahun 1981. Pada Juni tahun 2011, sebagai bagian dari ulang tahun band ke-40, versi rekaman lama dari lagu yang berisi banyak bagian-bagian gitar dimasukkan sebagai bonus EP dari peluncuran dan pembaruan album.[6]
