Douglas Brent Hegdahl III (lahir 3 September 1946) adalah seorang perwira Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat yang dijadikan tahanan perang oleh Vietnam Utara pada Perang Vietnam. Setelah dibebaskan, ia menyediakan nama-nama dan informasi pribadi soal 256 tahanan perang, serta menguak kondisi kamp tahanan perang.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
