Douglas Fowley (nama lahir Daniel Vincent Fowley, 30 Mei 1911 – 21 Mei 1998) adalah seorang pemeran film dan televisi Amerika Serikat dalam lebih dari 240 film dan puluhan acara televisi. Ia dikenal karena berperan sebagai Roscoe Dexter dalam Singin' in the Rain (1952), dan giat memainkan peran pendukung sebagai Doc Holliday dalam The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp. Ia adalah ayah dari musisi rock and roll dan produser rekaman Kim Fowley.[2]
