Dumbleg

Dumbleg adalah makanan khas Nganjuk yang berasal dari Kecamatan Gondang. Dumbleg merupakan camilan yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan sederhana seperti tepung beras, santan, gula merah, dan gula pasir.[1] Camilan ini sering ditemui di Pasar Kliwon Kecamatan Rejoso dan Pasar Pon di kecamatan Gondang. Dumbleg dibungkus dengan menggunakan pelepah pinang, memberikan sentuhan tradisional yang membedakannya dari dodol atau jenang pada umumnya.
