Durrotun Nafisah (lahir 21 April 1979) adalah politikus Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia sejak 5 Maret sampai 30 September 2024 untuk menggantikan Desmond Junaidi Mahesa yang meninggal dunia pada Juni 2023.[1] Ia mewakili daerah pemilihan Banten II dan Fraksi Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya.
Ia ditugaskan di Komisi VIII yang membidangi Agama, Sosial, Kebencanaan, dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak.
