ERG11 atau sterol 14-demetilase adalah enzim sitokrom P450 jamur yang berasal dari Saccharomyces cerevisiae, termasuk dalam famili CYP51, dengan Simbol CYP CYP51F1.[1] ERG11 mengatalisis C14-demetilasi lanosterol menjadi 4,4'-dimetil kolesta-8,14,24-triena-3-beta-ol yang merupakan langkah pertama biosintesis zimosterol, yang nantinya akan diubah lebih lanjut menjadi ergosterol.[2]
