Dra. Eddy Mihati, M.Si (lahir 7 Mei 1951) adalah anggota DPR RI periode 2009-2014 dari PDI Perjuangan mewakili Yogyakarta. Eddy Mihati bertugas di Komisi II DPR RI yang menangani Pemerintahan daerah di Indonesia, otonomi daerah, Kementerian Dalam Negeri Indonesia, Badan Pertanahan Nasional dan Komisi Pemilihan Umum. Ia alumnus Master Psikologi dari Universitas Gadjah Mada.
