Edith Lefel (November 1963, di Cayenne, Guyana Prancis - 20 Januari 2003, di Dreux, Prancis) adalah penyanyi yang berbasis di Prancis. Ibunda Lefel berasal dari Guyana Prancis dan ayahandanya dari pulau Martinik. Dia pindah bersama orang tuanya ke Martinik ketika dia berusia tiga tahun dan di sanalah dia mengenal tradisi musik Karibia.

Seorang wanita yang sangat menarik yang rupanya menghiasi sampul banyak majalah Prancis terkemuka, Lefel meninggal ketika dia berada di puncak popularitasnya[1] pada Januari 2003, di usia 39 tahun. Hasil otopsi mengungkapkan kombinasi merokok dan pil KB sebagai penyebab kematiannya. Edith Lefel dimakamkan di Pemakaman Père-Lachaise.
