Louis René Étienne Tulasne, alias Edmond Tulasne (12 September 1815 – 22 Desember 1885) adalah seorang botanis dan mikologis Prancis kelahiran Azay-le-Rideau. Ia awalnya belajar hukum di Poitiers, namun peminatannya kemudian beralih ke botani.[1] Pada masa muda, ia membantu botanis Auguste de Saint-Hilaire (1779–1853) pada kajian flora Brasil. Dari 1842 sampai 1872, ia bekerja sebagai naturalis di Muséum national d'histoire naturelle, Paris. Pada 1854, ia menggantikan Adrien-Henri de Jussieu (1797–1853) sebagai anggota Académie des sciences. Ia meninggal di Hyères pada 22 Desember 1885, dalam usia 70 tahun.
