Efrem Alekseevich Eshba (bahasa Rusia: Ефрем Алексеевич Эшба; 19 Maret [K.J.: 7 Maret] 1893 – 16 April 1939) adalah seorang negarawan Abkhaz dan Soviet. Ia adalah Bolshevik utama di Abkhazia pada 1920an.
