Eknāth (1533–1599) adalah penyair religius Marāthi dalam tradisi Hindu di India. Eknath lahir di keluarga Brahmana Deshastha dan sebagian besar masa hidupnya dijalani di Paithan di Mahārāshtra, India. Ia adalah seorang Kulkarni di desa tersebut. Nama keluarga Eknath tidak diketahui. Pada umur 25, ia menikah dengan Girijābāi, dan memiliki tiga anak. Eknath mahir dalam bahasa Sanskerta, Arab, Persia, Urdu, dan Hindi di samping bahasa Marathi.
