Elang-ular madagaskar (Eutriorchis astur) adalah spesies burung pemangsa dalam famili Accipitridae. Elang ini ditempatkan dalam genus monotipik Eutriorchis.[2] Elang ini endemik ke Madagaskar. Habitat alaminya adalah hutan dataran rendah lembap subtropis atau tropis. Elang ini terancam oleh kerusakan habitat.
