Eleven Yao Yi-ti (Hanzi: 姚以緹; lahir 25 Februari 1986) adalah seorang aktris Taiwan yang dikenal berkat peran gandanya sebagai Shanny dan Hsiao Ching dalam film komedi hitam The Gangs, the Oscars, and the Walking Dead (2019). Atas penampilannya tersebut, ia meraih penghargaan Aktris Pendukung Terbaik di Taipei Film Awards ke-22.
Setelah itu, ia membintangi peran utama dalam serial televisi Code 2 (2019) dan More Than Blue: The Series (2022). Penampilannya dalam serial terakhir membuatnya meraih nominasi Aktris Pendukung Terbaik di Golden Bell Awards ke-57.
Yao juga mendapatkan pengakuan di Asia melalui perannya dalam film kejahatan Jepang Mr. Long (2017) dan film aksi Korea Yaksha: Ruthless Operations (2022).
