Eliyahu "Eli" Yishai (Ibrani: אליהו "אלי" ישי, lahir 26 Desember 1962) adalah seorang politikus Israel. Sebagai mantan pemimpin Shas, ia mewakili partai tersebut dalam Knesset dari 1996 sampai 2015, juga memegang beberapa jabatan kementerian, yang meliputi Wakil Perdana Menteri, Menteri Urusan Dalam Negeri, dan Menteri Industri, Perdagangan dan Buruh. Pada Desember 2014, ia meninggalkan Shas untuk mendirikan partai Yachad.
