Elias Igapa (lahir 15 Oktober 1982) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Ia dilantik menjadi Wakil Bupati Intan Jaya pada 20 Februari 2025 mendampingi Aner Maisini selaku Bupati Intan Jaya setelah memenangkan pemilihan umum Bupati Intan Jaya 2024.[1]
