Elinor Joseph (bahasa Arab: آلينور جوزف, bahasa Ibrani: אלינור ג'וזף; kealhiran 1991 di Jish, Israel) adalah seorang prajurit Arab-Israel yang bertugas dalam Batalion Caracal dari Pasukan Pertahanan Israel sejak 2010. Ia adalah wanita Arab pertama yang pernah bertugas dalam peran tempur pada militer Israel.[1]
