Ella McKenzie Gross (엘라 메켄지 그로스; lahir 1 Desember 2008) atau biasa dikenal sebagai Ella adalah seorang model dan aktris cilik yang merupakan campuran Jerman—Albania dari ayah dan Korea Selatan dari ibu. Ia telah menjadi model untuk berbagai merek terkenal, termasuk Abercrombie, Levi's, Zara, GAP, Fendi, OshKosh B'gosh, The North Face, Crayola, Barbie, Adidas, Janie and Jack, Zappos, Tommy Hilfiger, dan Air Fish.[1] [2]

Ella menguasai bahasa Inggris dan Korea dengan baik. Terkenal sebagai mantan kontestan program survival girl-grup Mnet, Sixteen (2015) dan Idol School (2017). Dia juga seorang kontestan acara survival musikal girl grup Jepang—Korea Selatan Nizi Project (2020). Saat ini, Ella fokus pada kariernya sebagai Idol di grup Meovv.
