Elmar Stegmann (lahir 30 September 1935) adalah mantan pemain tenis meja internasional laki-laki dari Jerman.[1]
Dia memenangkan medali perunggu di Kejuaraan Tenis Meja Dunia 1963 di Piala Swaythling (acara beregu putra) dengan Eric Arndt, Dieter Michalek, Eberhard Schöler dan Ernst Gomolla.[2][3]
